Thanks, Jackie! Yeah, I agree that many of these sects were bringing there curses with them when intermarrying with the Israelites. We know the Kenites, Canaanites, Ishmaelites, Edomites, Amalekites, etc. all intermarried with the Israelites, so no doubt that many of the Jews that rejected Christ already came from these cursed bloodlines. Excellent! It occurred to me, as you were expressing the two typologies, that it may be from the Fall of Cain and the given curse, that the many Sects of Jews were developing off this original curse. The Elder Brother Typology gives the broader understanding for the foreshadowing in the Jews rejecting Christ but it’s possible that matters such as Noah’s cursing his younger son and Ishmael left to the desert, is the growth of the divided Sects of Jews.
